Reason for Celtics struggles and Who's to blame

The Celtics have really struggled recently, losing the last 4 straight games including one to the Chicago Bulls who are currently 13th in the standings with a record of 17 and 45, only 3 games a head of the abysmal Cleveland  Cavaliers. This was a team coming in to the season that was expected to run rough shot through the Eastern Conference because of the Celtics performance last year when Jayson Tatum, Jaylon Brown, Terry Rozier and the rest of the team stepped up and became a real force in the league including almost getting to the finals. With Gordon Hayward coming back and Kyrie Irving on the roster as the star, it looked like a Warriors vs Celtics finals matchup was inevitable, but this year has been nothing but turmoil and questions for the Celtics. And all of it could be attributed to Kyrie Irving. Chemistry between players has waivered more and more as the season
goes on. Marcus Morris even said that playing with the Celtics is " Not fun anymore" and it shows with the Celtics play. Kyrie left Lebron to run his own team and be the sole leader on a squad of his own. The problem is that the other players have not accepted his as that sole leader. Jayson Tatum, Terrie Rozier, and others on the team are of the mindset that while Kyrie is the best player on the team by far, we don't need you. We made the playoffs and nearly the finals with out you on the team. So while we see  you as an amazing player and a great addition to the team, you are not the end all be all that we can't do with out. In essence the team may be telling Kyrie that your not Lebron. And that is what Kyrie has been looking for. not to be LeBron but to have that same level of complete control of a team and everybody saying you are our guy to take us to the promise land. And because that is not that case in Boston, we could be seeing that last of Kyrie in the green and white
